Since this report, J Block has been partially closed. Other areas remain fully occupied.
At any time, this environment is not fit for human (or even animal) occupation. In the light of the current Covid19 crisis, Kids With 47 Years is calling for use of immediate emergency powers to release all non-violent offenders from Parchman Prison and the immediate review of all other prisoners to determine which can safely be released.
